Ordering

Parts can be ordered on our website by searching in the Product Search at the top of the page.

Alternatively parts can be searched by Category using the list from the vehicle name at the top of the page.

If you wish to purchase the part Click “add to cart” to place into the shopping basket.

Parts can be removed later from the basket by clicking on the red cross.

To review the contents of your basket click on the shopping basket link.

A total price will be displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) including delivery charge.


Ordering From Abroad

Ordering from another country is not available through the website.

However if you call 01460 281080 or 07909511739 we will be able to organise delivery from our workshop with competitive delivery prices.


Collection

All Parts can be collected from our workshop 7 days a week by appointment only.

Large parts can be fork lifted onto a trailer or suitable vehicle.


Delivery

All parts are free delivery other than door glass and large pipes, this is detailed in the part description.

Due to a large quantity being damaged in previous delivery attempts we cannot arrange for these items to be delivered.

All orders are processed at 9am and 3pm every day and will be sent out within 24 hours.

Larger items such as gearboxes, engines and axles are sent on a pallet and will be with you within 72 hours from order time.

Smaller parts are sent with Royal Mail, Yodel, Parcel Force or Interlink who will aim to deliver the next working day.


All parcels over £25 are sent with a tracking number free of charge to ensure it gets to the customer. Items can be collected by appointment only.

Larger items such as Gearboxes, engines, axles and wheel sets can be collected with a £40 reduction on the internet price.

If you request us or the delivery service to leave items in an unsecured place, neither HLR Spares nor the delivery service will be liable for any loss or damage this may cause.


Returns

All of our vehicles have been driven and each part checked before removal.

If however you have a part that has been broken in transit or it is the wrong part please contact us for a replacement.

All our parts have been marked to enable us to identify when returned.

Parts are not covered if they have been broken when being fitted.

Parts should be returned within 7 days of delivery and you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning such parts safely.


Warranty

Parts such as engines, gearboxes, steering box and other parts with warranty in the description incur a 30 day warranty.

All our vehicles have been driven and each part checked before posting or collecting.

In the unforeseen circumstance that the part is unserviceable it can be returned for another or if unavailable a refund can be issued.

The warranty does not include any labour fees.
